M-199 Medium was originally designed for nutritional studies to promote continuous growth of primary chick embryo heart and fibroblast cells without serum supplementation. This medium is also useful with serum for growth of a wide array of cell types including non-transformed Human, Monkey and Chicken cells. We offer a variety of Medium 199 modifications for various cell culture applications.
